When my Dad passed away 7 years ago, I didn’t know how strongly I would feel his presence after he departed. For some reason, I knew he was around me, I saw him in my meditations, dreams, but specially I felt him around me during the day.
Years passed by and I started feeling him less and less, and at some point I knew he went somewhere else, but I wanted to feel that he was still around, his presence made me feel supported, guided and accompanied, so I asked the Universe for something that could bring him back to me. I remember vacationing in Peru and while I was walking in a park near my Mom’s place, I saw a white butterfly and I knew that it was a sign for me, I just knew it, since then, every time I see a white butterfly I know he’s come to visit.
The other day, I was training my mind into manifestation, and this exercise is about focusing your attention for something that you have declared previously will happen in an specific period of time. I was kind of sad that morning, I felt that I needed to be held by someone, by my Dad, so I said: I declare that I will see a white butterfly in 24 hours.
Of course, there was a battle between my mind and my soul, but I just said it from the heart and started my day with that idea on my mind.
That morning, I was driving my car and I stopped on the red light, that red light felt like it took longer than before, so I started looking around hoping to see a white butterfly, on my right was a lot covered by grass and boom! magic happened, I saw not only one white butterfly but a bunch of them!! Tears came out from my eyes, my heart almost exploded with joy, I felt so much hope, I believed in my own power, and of course, I felt held in my Dad’s arms.
I’m not asking to believe in what I just shared, I just ask you to try and discover how powerful and magical you are just by focusing your attention into something!
Here are some tips:
Start with tuning in, you can do a short meditation, or just take a few conscious breaths (feeling your inhale and exhale) simple but powerful
Take a moment to just be in the present moment, try not to think about the past or the future, just be here
Bring to your mind something simple but also quite challenging that you would like to see that day.
Work with 24 hours to start
Set your intention saying out loud:
I will see/experience/encounter (say here your intention) in the next 24 hours
Believe in your power
Start your day positive and be aware of your surroundings!
As I always say: if I can do it, you can do it too!
